Midweek is a communication tool that helps churches generate weekly content across multiple channels including email newsletters, bulletins, social media posts, website updates, and text messages.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to church and ministry communications. You may not:
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You retain ownership of all content you input into the Service. Content generated by the Service is provided for your use and may be used, edited, and distributed as you see fit. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing or distributing it.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neonflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
